Nini DeWitt

Certified Paralegal Bachelor of Science Degree – 1977

Nini has been with the firm since September 2005 where she specializes in trust administration and probate.  In performing this work, Nini proficiently handles accountings, estate distributions and asset transfers, including summary probates and non-probate affidavits.

Immigrating from Manila, Philippines in 1980 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business, Nini held jobs in the banking and manufacturing industries in the Los Angeles area.  Her 19 years of aggregate experience in the fields of remittance banking, collection, accounts payable, payroll and general accounting has given Nini a unique base of knowledge and groomed her to be detailed oriented and a stickler for accuracy, which attributes she brings to benefit our clients on a daily basis.

Nini enjoys her sedentary activities of reading and social networking, but recently discovered that both may be further enjoyed with the rhythm of the treadmill!

Raquel Lipsett

Certified Paralegal Bachelor of Science Degree – 2009

Raquel began her work in the area of Estate Planning and Administration in 2006. Prior areas she has worked in include civil litigation, landlord/tenant and business law.

Currently, she assists clients with administering estates. Raquel works closely with clients and makes the administration process comfortable and streamlined. Raquel is dedicated, efficient and a team player always having the clients’ best interest in mind.

Raquel received her Paralegal Diploma, Associate of Arts Degree with honors at Santa Barbara Business College and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services at the University of Phoenix in 2009. Raquel was valedictorian of her class and on occasion is asked to speak to the new students entering the paralegal program at Santa Barbara Business College. Raquel will begin working on her Juris Doctor program.

Raquel loves spending time with her husband, family and friends.  When Raquel has free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, photography, and her favorite pastime…..baseball.

Maricela V. Campos

Office Administrator – Legal Secretary

Maricela serves as our office administrator overseeing all aspects of the operation of our law firm, including reception, marketing, billing, and firm development.  She is also a legal secretary assisting in the many estate planning aspects of the practice. Maricela possesses years of experience in business operations and is a valuable member of our team.

Maricela is fluent in Spanish and welcomes the opportunity to meet new and existing clients every day.  She is a people person who truly enjoys helping our clients.

Maricela loves spending time with her family and friends.  When time permits she enjoys drawing, cooking, wine tasting, the great outdoors and traveling to Washington to visit her nieces and nephews.
